Inter-Connected Trestles
Central Manifold Control
Synchronized Lifting
The Hydraulic Tank Lifting Equipment is a setup of a number of trestles, inter-connected using high pressure hydraulic hose for uniform weight distribution across tank shells.
The setup is connected to a manifold block which is further connected to a high pressure power pack for centralized, micro-metered pressure control.
The oil is released using high-pressure from the hoses which assist the jack to lift the tank securely, smoothly, and precisely to required shell ring heights.
